Saturday - Ian McEwan
I am currently ripping through this little gem. I am totally into McEwan at the moment. This particluar novel is a powerful reflection on events post 9/11 and the changing demographic landscape of London and the world. It is also an intimate portrait of a surgeon's life and his familial relationships.
